• No name, email, phone number, address, or personal identifier is collected
• No private keys, seed phrases, API keys, or authentication credentials are requested or stored
• All wallet data displayed originates from publicly accessible on-chain sources
• You voluntarily choose which wallet addresses you wish to view, search, or monitor
• HyperTracker does not link a wallet to real-world identity
• All usage of the app is at your own discretion and risk

• Wallet data, balances, transactions, positions, orders, and market activity are sourced from public blockchain endpoints
• HyperTracker does not modify, manipulate, or influence blockchain data
• All analytics, charts, signals, and calculations are based solely on publicly available information
• Data may experience delays, inaccuracies, or interruptions due to external providers which HyperTracker does not control

• HyperTracker provides optional push notifications for wallet activity and token price alerts
• Notifications include buy/sell order activity, position changes, liquidations, and price thresholds
• Users may enable or disable notifications at any time through device settings
• Device identifiers are required only for push notifications and are not linked to identity or personal data
• Notification data is used exclusively to deliver alerts chosen by the user

• No personal identification information of any kind
• No login credentials or account passwords
• No financial information or payment methods
• No sensitive wallet information, private keys, or seed phrases
• No tracking of user identity or behavior outside the application
• No mapping of wallet ownership to individuals

• Public wallet addresses voluntarily entered or searched by the user
• Public market data including token prices, volume, liquidity, and order flow
• Device token for push notifications, required by Apple or Google systems
• Local settings stored only on the user device, including favorites, alert preferences, and UI settings

• Settings, favorites, tokens, and preferences may be stored locally on your device
• This information never leaves the device unless the user enables system-level backups

• You agree to enter correct wallet addresses and understand that all tracked data reflects public blockchain information
• You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to reverse-engineer the application
• You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions, actions, and consequences

• HyperTracker does not provide financial advice or investment recommendations
• All information, charts, alerts, and analytics are informational only
• Cryptocurrency trading carries significant risk including market volatility, liquidity issues, and potential loss of funds
• HyperTracker is not responsible for losses or outcomes resulting from decisions made using the app

• HyperTracker is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis
• No guarantee is made regarding accuracy, reliability, uptime, or completeness of data
• HyperTracker is not responsible for errors, delays, omissions, or service interruptions
• HyperTracker is not liable for damages, losses, lost opportunities, or indirect consequences arising from app usage

• External APIs may be used to retrieve blockchain and market data, but no personal information is shared with these services
• HyperTracker does not transfer, sell, rent, or monetize any user data
• All processing is limited to public blockchain data

• HyperTracker is not intended for minors or individuals requiring regulated financial guidance
• Users are responsible for compliance with local laws and regulations related to cryptocurrency

• Features, terms, or policies may change as the app evolves
• Continued use of HyperTracker indicates acceptance of updated terms

• HyperTracker does not store personal data and therefore has no personal information to delete
• Deleting the app will stop all local data processing and notifications immediately
